The Centre de la petite enfance et famille (CPEF) " Les p'tits cerfs-volants " is an educational daycare service offered primarily to francophone parents and families in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Board of Directors is fully responsible for the management of the center. Minutes of Board meetings are available upon request from the Board Chair.
